Because every My Bunny product is made especially for you, most of our items are personalized and therefore non-returnable.
Personalized products
Products that include personalized embroidery (such as names, birth details or messages) cannot be returned or exchanged once the order has been processed.
Please make sure that all personalization details are entered correctly before completing your purchase.
Non-personalized products
If you choose to order a product without personalization, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be unused
- the item must be in its original condition
- the item must be returned in its original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

- your order number
- photos of the issue
- a short description of the problem
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- a replacement
- a refund
- or store credit
