Due to the personalised nature of many products, small variations in appearance, colors or materials may occur.

Prices
Prices are valid at the moment the order is placed.
The seller is not a VAT taxpayer, therefore VAT is not charged on orders.
Delivery costs are shown separately during the checkout process.
The seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
In the event of an obvious pricing error, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the customer.
Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details (names, dates, messages) are correct before placing the order.
Right of Withdrawal
According to EU consumer protection legislation, customers normally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to personalised or custom-made products, which are produced specifically for the customer.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must notify the seller within 8 days of receiving the package.
